Project overview
GoGenerosity create an opportunity for people to give at point of purchase. They needed a ground up brand build that would help build trust and tell their story. With great customer insight we were able to create a strong brand foundation so they are enabled to continue to inspire love, trust and loyalty from their customers.
Process
Starting with empathy research, we developed a visual identity to reflect this complex offering. When the brand had been tested in the market and refined, we created a digital brand map to bring it all together, educating their team internally and ensuring customers receive a consistently great experience at every interaction.
GoGenerosity is a digital product, so we created a digital brand map. Those who touch the brand internally can now understand the why, what and how, delivered in the way they will be using the brand assets and messaging.

Mega menu

The GoGenerosity offering is multi dimensional, it is important that users are able to navigate to any part of the brand map easily. We created a mega menu structure to house every section on one screen to guide users quickly and effortlessly.

Optimised for mobile

For accessibility it is important to offer an online experience as seamless as desktop. All components in the design system needed to flex and work across platforms without compromise. Because of the work we did, GoGenerosity have been able to scale marketing efforts efficiently and effectively.

The design system

The GoGenerosity brand needs to stand up to high level of eye traffic. We wanted to ensure the audience received a strong brand thread at every touch point. With a robust design system, we were able to tackle all communication needs easily and efficiently.
